The Executive Director supervises all aspects of the retirement campus including the management of the departmental supervisors and administrative staff as well as the coordination of vendors and outside contractors. This position oversees all financial aspects, human resource projects, healthcare programs, and marketing agendas within the campus and operates the community in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
